We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer 100% Satifaction Gaurantee on all over the counter medications and any non-prescription product. Our 30 day money back guarantee on all non-prescription medication and products gives you the time to make sure your horse is getting the proper medications and products it needs to perform at its best. We cannot take back prescription medications and vaccines. State and Federal Law prohibit us from accepting any returns for prescription medications. The only exception to this is a federal recall. Vaccines are cold items and cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from, we will be happy to take back any unused and unopened items in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase for a replacement or full refund. Please note that shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. Please contact our Customer Service at 508-526-3038 for assistance with your return item.

4) Missing or damaged items should be reported to within 72 hours of receiving shipment so the problem can be promptly corrected.

5) How to place a prescription order:

A) Place a request through our website and we will fax the request to your veterinarian. As soon as your veterinarian approves the prescription we can ship your order.


B)  Have your veterinarian call us at 508-2526-3038 to place a prescription.


C) If you have your prescription in hand already then it may be emailed to, it may be faxed to 508-526-3039 or postal mail at:

6) Shipping info:

Most products on qualify for free shipping!

All orders that total over $50 (not including any applicable taxes) qualify for free ground shipping (5-10 day). Shipping may be upgraded

We only ship Monday through Friday business days. No shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. Most orders received before 2 p.m. EST to be shipped the same day as order is placed if in stock.  Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day.


Vaccines and temperature sensitive items will be shipped with frozen ice packs via Next Day Air. Refrigerated and cold pack items are shipped Monday through Thursday. If Saturday delivery is needed please contact customer service and available in your area. Saturday delivery may have an extra charge. If the vaccine portion of your order is less than $250.00, add $22.50 to your order. Vaccine orders over $250 ship free.  Vaccines cannot be returned for any reason.


Exact shipping time on prescription items may be affected by the amount of time it takes your veterinarian to approve prescription. Items will ship same day if your veterinarian approves prescription before 2 p.m. EST.


Shipping may be delayed on holidays and due to inclement weather.

7) Autoship:

Autoship is available and a 5% discount will be applied to all autoship orders after the first order.
